Tips to Cleanse Your Colon At Home

~ Colon Cleanse - My Health Journey ~
I normally use colon cleanse supplements, but I think it’s time to devote some page space to enema recipes you can make at home! Enemas are a great way to clean your colon naturally and safely (just follow the package directions!) without residual side effects or worrying about whether your supplement is not safe to mix with your prescription medication.
I’ve read through recipes containing coffee, lemon juice, and milk, among others. So – giving credit where credit is due, I’ve trolled the internet to provide you with some of these and will also place the link to the site where I got it, so you can get the full instructions before attempting.
Coffee Enemas:
Recipe 1 :
1 tablespoon of coffee grounds (use ones that have been brewed or percolated) per quart of water. Mix the grounds and water together.
Recipe 2:
Eight cups of boiling water
Eight large spoonfuls of ground coffee
French press coffee pot
Mix together, but let cool an hour before using!!!
Lemon Juice Enemas:
Recipe3:
Mix 1/3 cup of unsweetened natural lemon juice with a quart of water
Milk Enemas:
Recipe 4:
Mix 1 ½ quart of warm water with 16 oz. of warm milk and 1 tbsp olive oil
Recipe 5:
3 ounces powdered milk
4.5 ounces molassess
Other recipes include vinegar, wheat grass, salt and soda and garlic-Epsom salts. Another good site, if you’ve already browsed the sites above is the Cure Zone.
Just a double-safety reminder: Follow the directions that come with the enema bag. Make sure you are careful so you don’t poke a hole or scratch the lining of the anal cavity.
