Nature Homemade Herbs Colon Cleansing Diet Recipes

Although I normally use supplements, there are two natural recipes that I really, really like! The first one is considered a “Master Cleanser” and I gleaned it from the www.naturalalways.com website. However, I usually also add some powdered fiber from the all-natural herb store to the mix!

And here is my first recipe.
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tbsp of pure grade B maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper (red) or to taste
12 oz of purified water (very warm)
Powdered fiber (from the all-natural herb store) as desired.
My second favorite recipe is actually a recipe for soup that I downloaded from www.homemadebodycleanse.com, although I’ve changed it around a little bit to my tastes. The original recipe is great, but includes avocadoes, which I do not like. It’s considered a good soup for those on the raw foods diet, as nothing is cooked – all is healthy and natural.
Ingredients:
2-3 cucumbers those are seeded and peeled.
1-2 tomatoes, seeded and cubedJalapeno
½ diced sweet onion
Juice of a quarter of a lime
3 cloves of roasted garlic - smashed
2 cups of organic vegetable stock
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of cilantro
1 seeded jalapeno pepper
You can either stir them all together or put all the ingredients in a blender depending upon whether you like smooth or chunky. Sometimes, I’ll also add in cooked organic black beans if I have any leftover. This removes it from the raw foods diet category, but adds plenty of good, healthy fiber.
