Frankly, most of the colon cleanse pictures are pretty nasty upon first sight! Of course, I’m the same person who can’t stand to touch raw meat and changing a diaper makes me nauseas. But – the worst part is the thought of this stuff inside of me and not coming out. That is just so unhealthy.

No matter how squeamish I get over some things, it amazes me just how badly we can take care of our body. With the abundance of fast foods, sedentary lives, chemicals in our water and food, it’s not amazing that we’re a society of obese individuals faced with heart disease, malaise, high blood pressure and bowel problems. The pictures of what comes out after colon cleansing are linked lumps of masses and some look to weigh quite a few pounds as well.

Looking at these colon cleanse pictures in colon cleanse web sites, I realized why so many individuals who clean their colon will also lose weight. It’s also easy to understand why those who participate in colon cleansing activities feel better, more energized and gain more nutritional benefits from the healthy foods we do eat.

I guess that no matter how squeamish one is, just the elimination of all that crap – pardon the pun – would be a blessed sight and more than likely a relief to have out of from within us.
