As I get older, I was starting to feel tired all the time. Like most people, my day was packed with too many activities, work and my hubby and kids always needing something. We were eating way too many processed foods and depending upon fast food way three to four times a week. Not only was I tired, but I seemed to get colds all the time, I was gaining weight, my skin was always greasy and I had a tendency to get acne several times a week.
I decided to do some research and found out that colon cleansing could be a great benefit to me. One reason I chose colon cleanse is because processed foods and fast foods have very little fiber yet a much higher amount of fat and sugars. My diet was leading to an unhealthy buildup of fecal matter, which can kill friendly bacteria which lead to less than normal colon functionality. Because of this, unnatural toxins were building up within my colon. These toxins can contribute to depression, acne, lethargy, infections and diseases. In addition, an unhealthy colon has extra fecal matter that does not get passed through our bodies.
It is important to take care of our bodies and studies have shown that maintaining colon health can lead to an improvement to my overall health level. In researching colon cleanse, I found out that that I could not only improve the function of my colon, but quite possibly lose weight, increase my energy level and improve the absorption of vital nutrients.
