I love Colon Cleanse Tea
I love tea! I drink about 6 cups per day, but always the decaffeinated kind otherwise I’d be shaking and nervous by the time I go to bed. I mostly drink only herbal teas, some with Echinacea, some with calming benefits and some for good digestion. However, there are teas designed just for colon cleansing benefits.

What Are the Side Effects of Colon Cleanse
The side effects of colon cleansing are generally very mild and can range from slight cramping to blood in the stool to headaches or dizziness. These side effects are usually do to the elimination of toxins from the colon and digestive tract.
When using supplements, however, it’s a good idea to check with your doctor first, especially if you’re taking prescription medication. If your doctor does not believe in natural therapies, then try another doctor or just state that you will be taking the supplements to find out what symptoms should indicate danger.
