Bentonite clay and psyllium husks are the two prime ingredients in most colon cleansing products. Bentonite clay is a food-grade material, so it’s not like you’re eating the clay we played with in kindergarten and is also known as montmorillonite.
In case you don’t know what Bentonite clay is, it’s actually made from volcano ash. More specifically, after an erupted volcano grows cold, the ash deposits around and in the volcano.
