Arbonne Herbal Colon Cleanse

Just who or what is Arbonne? Arbonne International is a multi-national company first created in 1975 in Switzerland. The primary mission of Arbonne’s is to develop revolutionary skin care products, but Arbonne also has a line of products called Bio-Nutria. The Bio-Nutria line was developed for a person to concentrate on their overall health, which is known to contribute to healthier skin.

The Herbal Colon Cleanse is one of their products and costs $20 for a 30 day supply. Ingredients include Lactospore®, FOS and psyllium. Lactospore is a trademarked product by the company Sabinsa and is basically a lactobacillus formula. Lactobacillus is considered a “good” bacterium that helps to combat the negative bacteria that make us sick. Because of these properties, it helps to boost the immune system by working as a natural antibiotic.

FOS works much the same way. Instead of being a probiotic (or good) bacterium, it is actually a form of carbohydrates. However, the effects of FOS intake work much like a magnet. It attracts the bad bacteria in the colon and intestines to it and flushes itself out.

Psyllium is one such product that is used in many different colon cleansers. It has been proven to not only work effectively at detoxifying the colon, but also removing debris from within the intestines that can cause so many health issues.
